Injection Molding & Custom Tooling FAQs
You can ship a sample for us to scan to build 3d model, then we can offer detailed quote.
3D drawing in STEP format, 2D drawing shows tolerance requests, quantity, surface treatment, etc. More detailed info. we know, more accurate price we can offer.
We can offer you within 1 hours if project not very complex.
For prototype usually 4-6 days; Mold without heat treatment can be 25-28 days; Mold need heat treatment a little longer, usually can be done within 35 days.
Fixing mold for minor adjustment usually not need extra cost, it’s our duty to provide qualified Pre- Production sample for customer to confirm.
Yes, we offer design assistance to help optimize your product for injection molding. Our experienced engineers can provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve the manufacturability and performance of your design.
Yes, we welcome clients to visit our factory. Please contact us to schedule a visit. We will provide a guided tour of our facilities, introduce you to our team, and discuss your project in detail.

We serve a wide range of industries including automotive, consumer electronics, medical devices, home appliances, and more. Our expertise allows us to handle diverse projects with precision and efficiency.
We typically require 3D files (STEP/STP/IGS) and part drawings, plus estimated order quantity, material requirements, and surface finish details. If you don’t have engineering files, we can support design assistance.
We can mold ABS, PC, PP, PA66, TPU, POM, PMMA, HDPE, LDPE, TPE, and reinforced materials like GF/CF plastics. We also help customers choose the most cost-effective resin based on application, durability, and cosmetics.
Yes. We provide aluminum prototype molds and bridge tooling options for rapid validation before mass production. Ideal for small batches, design changes, and market testing.
Standard tolerances follow ISO 2768-F and SPI standards. Tight tolerance parts (±0.02 mm) can be supported depending on geometry and resin properties.
Typical mold lead time:
Simple molds: 2–3 weeks
Medium complexity: 4–6 weeks
High-precision multi-cavity molds: 6–8 weeks+
Rush programs are available upon request.
